Bougatsa is delicious

If you haven’t had a Bougatsa before you dont know what you’re missing. In Greece we have a custom of wrapping layers of filo pastry with savoury or sweet fillings baking them in the oven and eating them for breakfast with a cold coffee.

My mummy likes the Spinach with Feta Cheese Bougatsa, my favourite is the Vanilla Custard filling. The picture in this post is is of me hanging out with my friend Greg at his little Bougatsa Shop in Paleo Faliro on the outskirts of Athens.
